Are these real exam questions?

Our questions are designed to mirror actual CompTIA exam formats, topics, and difficulty levels. Pro subscription is $11.99/month or $119/year and gives you full access to every certification as they're added. Both options unlock all 500 questions per cert (460 paid + 40 free). Pro subscribers are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.

What is the Pro subscription?

The Pro subscription gives you unlimited access to every CompTIA certification practice test on CompCertQuiz for $11.99 per month or $119 per year. It's ideal if you're studying for multiple certifications or want the best value. Pro renews automatically — monthly or annually — until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major payment methods through PayPal, including credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balance. Stripe integration is planned as a secondary option. All payments are processed securely with industry-standard encryption.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if you've completed less than 25% of the practice questions (less than 125 questions). After 7 days or if you've completed more than 25% of the content, purchases are final as you've already received significant value. To request a refund, email team@compcertquiz.com with your registered email and purchase date. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days to your original payment method.

How is my data protected?

I didn't receive my verification email

First, check your spam/junk folder – verification emails sometimes end up there. If you still don't see it, try logging in anyway (the email might have been delayed). If you continue having issues, contact us at support@compcertquiz.com and we'll manually verify your account.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can update your email address from your account settings in the dashboard. After changing your email, you'll need to verify the new address before it takes effect. This ensures account security.

I forgot my password
